We are currently seeking a Senior Manager Sales & Marketing who is great with people, naturally competitive, and determined to close sales. She/he will be responsible for setting up and managing the distribution network in the respective regions. Selected candidate will be location in Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata/Bangalore.

Job Description

Identify potential distributors for various regions and set up the distributor network and management to achieve the desired targets year on year.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product and to meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

Distinguish new markets for the company's products and solutions

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

Assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflicts, ensuring alignment with territory plans

Manage organizational sales by developing a business target that covers sales and meeting the planned sales target.

Set individual sales targets with the sales team and Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

Track sales goals and report results on a periodic basis to directly to CEO and Board of Directors.

Coordinate with marketing consultants to create social media communication strategy and implement actions to increase brand awareness and support overarching marketing campaigns and objectives through social media platforms

Plan, organize and execute company participation in and marketing strategy for industry trade shows, conferences, and eventsbr

Typical Qualifications Expected
• A graduate or Post Graduate with more than 5 year experience with International Marketing & Sales experience in the SARC region
• An Engineering degree will be an added advantage.
